1. Who can do yoga?

Yoga is made for any and everybody. If you are unable to perform a certain pose, listen to your body. If a pose hurts, back out of it, modify it, or don't do it at all. If you're mentally or physically exhausted, just rest in child's pose. You can always lie in shavasana (the resting pose at the end of yoga sessions) for the entire class because your health and wellbeing is more important than any yoga pose.

2. What if I have a health condition?

We always advise contacting your health professional before starting yoga, but we can modify any part of the class with certain poses and tools to make it as comfortable as possible.

3. What if I don’t own a yoga mat, or yoga tools?

Not a problem! Our studio comes equipped with all the yoga essentials you may need or want for that class. We will be there to assist you in choosing the right tools, as well.

4. What if I’m new to yoga, and I don’t know the poses or the names of the poses?

No need to worry, our staff will be more than happy to help you. Our yoga instructors are trained, knowledgeable, and very helpful when it comes to beginners, we are here to show you and demonstrate how to safely get into and out of different poses.
